ZERO PROFILING
Cookies and similar technologies
This site is built so that it does not need your consent: it does not profile, it does not track and it does not rely on third-party services.
1. In summary
The site does not use profiling or marketing cookies. It does not use third-party statistical analytics. It does not load fonts, images, maps, videos or scripts from external domains, and it does not write to localStorage or sessionStorage.
For this reason no prior consent is required and no banner is displayed.
2. Legal basis
The consent requirement laid down in Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), transposed by Article 4a of the Zakon za elektronnata targoviya (Electronic Commerce Act), concerns the storing of information, or the gaining of access to information already stored, on the user’s device for purposes other than the transmission of a communication or the provision of a service expressly requested.
The only tools used by this site fall within those exceptions. They are strictly necessary for the security of the infrastructure or for the provision of a function expressly requested by the user.
3. Technical tools actually in use
- __cf_bm — Cloudflare — Technical security cookie used to distinguish human traffic from automated traffic. Duration: approximately 30 minutes. It does not identify the user and is not used for advertising purposes.
- cf_clearance — Cloudflare — Technical cookie set only where a security check has been passed. Duration varies according to the configuration. Strictly necessary.
- sauron_sess — restricted area — Signed session cookie, set solely after an authenticated sign-in to the company’s restricted area. It is never set for visitors to the public site. Attributes: HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict. Duration: 12 hours.
4. If you do not want even these
Technical cookies can still be blocked or removed from the browser settings. Blocking the Cloudflare security cookies may, however, prevent the site from working correctly, and blocking the session cookie makes access to the restricted area impossible.
The instructions are in the documentation of the browser in use, under the entry relating to privacy or to site data.
5. Updates
Should tools requiring consent be introduced in future, this page will be updated and a compliant consent-collection mechanism will be put in place, obtained before the tool is activated.
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy notice.
