What we do and what we do not do

The list is closed and follows from the objects of the company entered in the Bulgarian commercial register: “Покупка, ремонт, отдаване под наем и продажба на недвижими имоти; строителна и ремонтна дейност; туристическа дейност; хотелиерство; търговско представителство и посредничество; програмни продукти, системи и технологии; външно търговска дейност; ресторантьорство; търговия и производство на стоки за бита, промишлени изделия и хранителни стоки; внос; износ; комисионна и всякаква друга търговска дейност, незабранена или ограничена от закона.”

Some entries in the objects clause are registered but not exercised. Registration of the objects clause is not a licence: where Bulgarian law requires a professional registration, the company does not hold it and does not operate. • Business advisory — Framing of operations, feasibility studies, market analysis, and the design of processes and document flows.
• Company establishment in Bulgaria — Assistance with incorporation and start-up procedures, and coordination of the licensed professionals appointed by the client.
• Commercial representation and intermediation — Representation before local counterparties, negotiations and correspondence in Bulgarian, and commercial intermediation.
• Real estate services — Search and selection of properties, documentary due diligence, and assistance with purchase and sale, letting and rental management.
• Renovation project management — Definition of the specification, selection and supervision of third-party contractors, and control of progress and expenditure.
• Technology and software — Development of software, systems and management tools supporting the running of the business.
• Foreign trade — Import and export, relations with foreign suppliers and customers, and documentary support for shipments.

The entries below are declared exclusions, not omissions. They fall outside the engagement in any form, in any language and on any terms.

• No investment services — We do not provide investment services and we do not give investment advice, whether orally or in writing.
• No asset or portfolio management — We do not manage assets, we do not administer portfolios on behalf of third parties, and we hold neither client money nor client property.
• No banking or payment services — We do not provide banking services or payment services, and we do not move funds on behalf of clients.
• No credit or insurance intermediation — We do not carry out credit intermediation or insurance intermediation, and we do not distribute the products of any authorised firm.
• No capital raising — We do not raise capital from the public, we do not promote collective purchases, and we do not offer shareholdings in companies.
• No corporate acquisitions or capital structure advice — We do not assist with corporate acquisitions or with the capital structure of businesses.
• No execution of construction works — We do not carry out works. Execution belongs to firms entered in the TsPRS (Central Professional Register of Builders): we select them together with the client, coordinate them and verify their progress.
• No tour operating or accommodation business — We are not a tour operator or a travel agency, we do not sell travel packages, and we do not run categorised accommodation establishments.
• No activities reserved to licensed professionals — We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, notarial or valuation services: these are reserved to those licensed to perform them.
