SAURON LTD is not subject to any authorisation or supervisory regime in financial matters and is not entered in any register kept by the KFN (Financial Supervision Commission) or by the BNB (Bulgarian National Bank).

In particular, the company does not provide investment services or investment activities, does not give investment advice, does not manage portfolios or assets on behalf of third parties, does not provide banking or payment services, does not carry out credit intermediation or insurance intermediation, does not raise capital from the public and does not hold client money or client financial instruments.

The company is likewise not entered in the Tsentralen profesionalen registar na stroitelya (Central Professional Register of Builders) and does not carry out construction works directly, and it is not entered in the Natsionalen turisticheski registar (National Tourism Register), organising and selling neither travel nor travel packages.
