SYSTEMS · SOFTWARE
The tools that hold day-to-day operations together.
A business operating across two countries produces documents in two languages, two currencies until 2026 and two sets of compliance obligations. Without proper tools, the work piles up in inboxes and spreadsheets.
What it covers
Management applications
Bespoke tools for managing projects, properties, contracts, deadlines and documents.
Websites and online presence
Multilingual corporate websites: fast, accessible and compliant with European data rules.
Integrations
Links between management systems, accounting, email and document archives, so that the same data is not entered twice.
Data migration
Transfer of existing archives to new systems, with checks on completeness.
Maintenance
Updates, verified backups, monitoring and intervention in the event of a failure.
Documentation
Every delivery includes the technical documentation and the credentials. The client remains the owner of its own systems.
How it is carried out
Analysis
Observation of the actual process, not the stated one. We start from where the work gets stuck.
Proposal
A written document setting out scope, timescales, costs and — explicitly — what is left out.
Phased development
Verifiable interim releases. No project stays invisible until the end.
Acceptance testing
Testing on real data with the client, before the system goes live.
Operation and maintenance
Go-live, training for the people who use the system, ongoing support.
What we need from you
To start without documents going back and forth, these items are normally required.
- A description of the current process — Even an imperfect one. It shows where time is actually lost.
- Access to the existing systems — To assess what can be integrated and what has to be replaced.
- A contact with decision-making authority — A person able to sign off on the functional choices.
- Expected volumes — Number of users, documents and transactions. This determines the technical choices.
Limits of the service
SAURON LTD develops management tools and information systems. It does not develop or distribute payment systems, trading platforms, cryptocurrency wallets or software for regulated financial services, which require authorisations the company does not hold.
Compliance in the processing of personal data remains with the controller, which is the client: the company supplies the technical tools and the documentation needed to support that role.
Frequently asked questions
Do I own the code?
Yes. At the end of the engagement the client receives the code, the documentation and the credentials for all systems. There is no technical or contractual lock-in preventing a change of supplier.
Do you also work on systems that already exist?
Yes, both in maintenance and in integration. The first phase is always an honest assessment of what is worth keeping and what is worth rebuilding.
What safeguards are there for the data?
Verified backups with periodic restore tests. A backup that has never been restored is not a backup: it is a hope.
How much does maintenance cost?
It is set as an annual fee with a written scope: what is included, with what response times, and what is invoiced separately.
